The Redmi Note 10 series launched in China on June 1st and has been very successful. Redmi has officially announced that sales of the Redmi Note 10 series of smartphones have exceeded 1 million units in just 9 days after launching in China.
However, already yesterday Lu Weibong, President of Xiaomi Group China and CEO of the Redmi brand, published a message discussing the new smartphones of the Redmi Note line. He asked what improvements fans would like to see in Redmi Note 11. The vast majority of users voted for the introduction of AMOLED screens in new smartphones.
Redmi uses AMOLED screens in the Redmi 10X series, as well as in the Redmi Note 10 range targeted for the global market, however, the Redmi Note 10 series for China has received LCD screens with support for a high refresh rate of 120Hz.
Xiaomi and Redmi actively use AMOLED screens in flagship smartphones Xiaomi Mi 11 and Redmi K40, as well as in mid-range devices. The trend towards AMOLED screens continues, so there is little doubt that Redmi Note 11 will receive such a display.
