A new video has been posted on the YouTube channel @Atnarr that shows the improved capabilities of the HarmonyOS operating system when working with multiple devices at the same time.
In the video, we are shown the Huawei MatePad Pro tablet and the Huawei Mate X2 smartphone, which are running the latest beta version of the HarmonyOS 2.0 operating system. The author of the video first establishes a connection between the tablet and the smartphone, and then starts the video on the phone, which simultaneously starts on the tablet. At the same time, a convenient remote control is displayed on the smartphone screen for controlling playback, selecting a resolution, and so on. All actions that are performed on the smartphone screen are instantly displayed on the tablet screen. If necessary, you can minimize the video remote control on your smartphone and launch another application.
Chinese tech giant Huawei has repeatedly stated that the HarmonyOS distributed system works great with multiple devices at the same time. Videos like these support these claims.
The HarmonyOS 2.0 developer testing program is currently ongoing, and the company plans to begin a major smartphone update in June.
