Srinagar, Jun 6 (GNS): On the directions of Lieutenant Governor J&K, Manoj Sinha, Director Health Services Kashmir, Dr Mushtaq Ahmad Rather has appealed to the people to utilize Covid-care facilities for isolation which are run by the government at different levels especially in rural areas.
Dr Mir Mushtaq, as per the spokesperson Directorate of Health Services Kashmir (DHSK) said that Lieutenant Governor J&K, Manoj Sinha has in public interest stressed the health department to provide the isolation facilities to such people who do not have facilities of separate washrooms or separate rooms at their homes.
In this connection, the Director as per the spokesperson has appealed to all those people who are currently in home isolation, should come forward and take advantage of the Covid facilities.
Mir has appealed to the people to utilize the Covid facilities which are run by the government at different levels from panchayat to district level hospitals.
“It is especially for those people who do not have isolation rooms or facilities at their own home,” the director underlined.
“We have created facilities at panchayat and block level besides the Covid care facilities are available in each district at various places. These facilities have all the arrangements which include food and medicine as well, ”he said.
The spokesman said the Director further said DHSK would keep a close vigil of such patients for their signs and symptoms as to ensure that better care is taken of these patients. (GNS)
